Our friends from the US have put together a fantastic documentary about Pit Bulls and breed discrimination, and they're bringing it to Toronto!

In a province where breed discrimination is so prevalent that we have allowed the outlaw of Pit Bulls, this documentary is a much needed wake up call.

We here at The Little Pet House believe in responsible pet ownership. Our own resident mascot, Loki, is a mastiff mix who is often mistaken for a pit bull. At countless conventions, fundraisers, festivals and various other events, Loki has helped change the misconception of her 'bully' breed group from that of evil vicious dog to the sweet, kind hearted and loyal pet that they really are.

Socialization and proper, compassionate training have resulted in Loki's ability to positively interact in society and attend events as she does without any concern about her behaviour.

The screenings will be at The Fox Theatre (2236 Queen Street East)
at 7:30pm on November 5th and at 4pm on November 6th.
The event is being hosted by The Dog Liegistlation Council of Canada.
